Prior to joining Defender Security, Steve retired from the Police Department as a Supervisor, Police Topics Instructor & Combat Trainer at the Westchester County Police Academy. Steve is an Internationally Recognized Self Defense & Risk Reduction Trainer & featured Law Enforcement Expert Contributor on CNNHLN News, Inside Edition, FOX, CBS & Woman’s Day Magazine Amongst programs that Steve has developed is the Internationally Recognized - Women’s Empowerment Programs Reduce the Odds - Girls on Guard - Fight Like a Girl Training Series.
