The phase two meeting with Defender Management will review the Defender formatted post orders specific to your site. If any changes are to be added or deleted, they will be incorporated into a revised draft of post orders for your approval. Digital photos are taken of the location and incorporated into training materials. This includes actual security stations to be staffed. This phase usually can be accomplished within two weeks of phase one. The time line will vary depending on urgency, the staffing levels and complexity of training, and then we will move onto Phase Three.
