With correct target training and consistent positive reinforcement, these characteristics become second nature to those suitable to be on the front line providing our valued Clients top customer service. These individuals are our Security Officers.
Each of Defender's Supervisory Levels are also trained and entrusted with our quality control process. Our Supervisors are extensively trained in conflict resolution techniques, coaching, and motivational philosophies. Our Supervisors are trained to properly evaluate each employee's performance levels performance levels and are empowered to take corrective action for any company infraction. Disciplinary policy and procedures are strictly adhered to and documented, reducing legal exposure and correcting any performance issues immediately.
