All of our armed officers are recently retired or are active police professionals. They come with years of experience and extensive training by way of the various city, state or federal agencies where they are or were previously employed. This affords Defender Security the capacity to serve our clients with the most highly trained and skilled armed security professionals you deserve in order to accommodate your unique security needs.
Defender's Security Officers are carefully vetted. Each Security Officer applicant undergoes an extensive 5 year minimum pre-employment background check and prior to placement at your site, he or she will have passed all of Defender's pre-employment and State mandated training sessions. These sessions consist of Defender's extensive company orientation, in-classroom video and lecture series, and written topic testing on the following subjects:
