Certified by the NYC Office of Emergency Management as a trained and tested part of the Lower NYC Battery Park CERT Disaster First Responder Team, Diana has developed numerous Emergency Action Plans for our Clients. She has also designed and implemented our Defender Guard Watch™ Total Quality Assurance Program for multi branch offices, an Internet based scheduling and time and attendance software program that ensures consistent Client satisfaction by providing Defender with real-time supervisory monitoring systems.
